Processing Times

Processing times are variable; based on the product being purchased, stock availability, production times for made-on-demand products, business hours, and other factors. 

Production Times

Production times are variable; based on the product being made, materials required, if there is extra stock available at the time of purchase or not, and other factors.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping, to be paid by the customer, is variable. Shipping costs are calculated per order, according to the shipping method selected by the customer. Factors of the shipping costs include:

• item weight

• item shape

• item size

• item quantity

• packaging

• shipping carrier

• shipping method

• shipping insurance

• shipping distance

• incurred fees* 

These costs will be calculated and shown prior to the customer submitting their order, so they may decide to accept the shipping costs or otherwise. 

*Incurred fees such as import costs on internationally shipped orders (outside of the continental USA).

Shipping Multiple Items

Orders of multiple items will be shipped all in one package where possible, however, in order to get purchases to the buyer in a timely manner, items that require longer production times may be shipped out separately.

Items that commonly have to be shipped separately:

• Tapestry Blankets

• Lapel Pins

If you want a package to contain all of the items you order, you must contact Nova Nocturne Art prior to placing your order. Such a request may incur extra fees.

Delivery Times & Delays

The timeframes for delivery are variable estimations. Delivery timeframes are calculated per shipping method, item type, production process, processing capacity, carrier, and item production timeframes. Please allow for some leeway for your order delivery. The following are general estimations and may be used as a base-line but are not a hard rule. Some orders may be delivered sooner or later than estimated.

• Preorder Items - Delivery times for preorder items are on a case-by-case basis. Please review specific preorder items for timeframes.

• In-Stock Items - Delivery times are determined mainly by the shipping method according to the customer’s selection upon check out.

• Made-to-order Items - Delivery timeframes are determined post-manufacturing timeframes. Please account for this when ordering items for events such as holidays, birthdays, or anniversaries.

• Restock Items - Delivery times for Restock items are on a case-by-case basis. Please review specific restock items for timeframes.

Delays are sometimes inevitable once a package is in the hands of the shipping company. Nova Nocturne Art is not responsible for delayed shipments and any issues with shipping delays must be handled by the customer and the shipping company of choice as selected by the customer at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Nova Nocturne Art is dedicated to reaching customers from any location or country; customers agree to be responsible for all shipping-related charges. 

Issues that may arise that interfere with this may include but is not limited to carriers enacting unexpected shipping restrictions, import/export embargos, and so on. 

Nova Nocturne Art will reach out directly to customers if there is any issue shipping to their location. Some items may not be available in all countries depending on various shipping/import laws/product restrictions.

PO boxes may not be viable for delivery from certain carriers, so it is requested that customers do NOT request shipment to a PO box.

If shipping restrictions cannot be resolved, Nova Nocturne Art will cancel and refund the customer’s order. 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

Orders that go missing, are lost, or damaged in transit to the customer will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All shipments from Nova Nocturne Art will be tracked and insured for such an event. The customer will need to file claims with their chosen carrier to resolve such issues.

Items that arrive damaged may be eligible for return or replacement. Please review the returns policy. In the case of replacement or returns

International Shipping Information

Nova Nocturne Art is based out of the USA. 

Some products may be unavailable for international shipping. Such items will be clearly marked in the product description.

International shipping time frames may be more than estimated due to factors such as customs or import processing, unforeseen circumstantial delays, and so on. Please contact Nova Nocturne Art if you have any international shipping concerns or issues with international orders.

Customers are responsible for all incurred fees that may be applied for international shipments, such as but not limited to, import fees, customs fees, carrier transfer fees, and so on.
