CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes mistakes are made. If you ordered something in error, see below on how to cancel your order. Excessive, repeated cancellations may result in blacklisting from purchasing from Nova Nocturne Art in the future.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

To be eligible for cancellation, purchases made in error must be submitted prior to the order entering Processing status OR within a half (1/2) day/twelve (12) hours of purchase, whichever condition comes first. If the cancellation request exceeds either condition, the customer may instead be eligible for a return/exchange.

CANCELLATION PROCESS TIMEFRAMES

Cancellations will be processed within seven (7) days. If a charge was made and processed, it will be refunded accordingly within your payment method’s standard, expected timeframes.
