RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it to us for a full refund, an exchange, or in store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Excessive, repeated returns may result in blacklisting from purchasing from Nova Nocturne Art in the future.
RETURN WINDOW
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date per the tracking information on the purchase.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility will be handled on a case by case basis, but generally, these guidelines apply. This is not a comprehensive list, and is subject to update.
The following may qualify as eligible for returns/exchanges:
Items in new and unused condition, with all original tags & labels attached, with original packaging
Items that are damage or defective upon delivery
Items of apparel with size or fit issues
Items that do not match the product ordered by the customer/incorrect product
Items that were purchased fraudulently
The following may not qualify as eligible for returns/exchanges:
Items that are damaged after delivery
Items that are past the return claim timeframe
Items from customers that have excessively or repeatedly purchased then filed returns
Items that have been used and/or soiled
Items/services that were discounted in price
Items that were on sale/specially priced
Items that were marked and sold as defective
Items that were produced as a physical reproduction of a custom commission
Time spent on Commission Services
RETURN PROCESS
If you find that your purchase needs to be returned upon delivery, immediately document the issue with photographs or video. Be sure to clearly document the problem from multiple angles and distances. More documentation is better.
Then email Nova Nocturne Art customer service by Email to file a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) claim.
The subject of your email should read:
Return/Exchange: [Order #]
The body of your email should contain the following information. Refer to your original invoice. Missing any of this required information may result in the delay of processing your claim or a claim being rejected.

[Address]
[Order #]
[Original Payment Method]
[Date of Purchase]
[Original Tracking Number]
[Item(s) SKU(s) to be Returned/Exchanged]
[Quantity(s) to be Returned/Exchanged]
[Reason(s) For Return/Exchange]
[Supportive Documentation of Reason For Return/Exchange]
The claim will be processed and upon approval, an RMA number will be provided. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include a printed copy of your return form, and mail your return to the address provided in the claim. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Nova Nocturne Art reserves the right to cancel a claim if tracking information is not provided and the return does not arrive within one (1) month of the claim approval.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Payments will be refunded accordingly within your payment method’s standard expected timeframes, minus shipping expenses.
FEES
A $15.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $100.00.
