By purchasing a personal license for this pattern, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

This pattern is licensed for personal use only by the original purchaser/licensee. This includes stitching the design for yourself, as a gift (limited to 1 gifted project permitted per license purchased), or for private display. Users may not share, distribute, or sell the patterns in digital or physical form without prior written consent. If you have found this pattern online, or bought it from somewhere other than Nova Nocturne Art (https://www.novanocturne.art/) then please report it to us!

Completed cross-stitch projects may not be sold for profit without explicit permission from the artist. If you wish to sell finished works using this pattern, please contact the artist for a separate commercial license.

The artwork and patterns remain the intellectual property of Nova Nocturne Art. Licensees may share images of completed projects online but must provide proper attribution to the original artist (e.g., “Pattern designed by Nova Nocturne Art”).
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
The original purchaser/licensee may not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative patterns based on the licensed design without prior approval. The original purchaser/licensee may not upload the patterns or derivative works to any online platform for redistribution or sharing, whether free or paid. The original purchaser/licensee may not mass produce the pattern whether for personal use or gifts or sale.

If you wish to use the pattern for a purpose not covered in these terms (e.g., charity fundraising, workshops, or collaborations), please reach out to the artist for written approval.
REVOCATION OF LICENSE

The license may be revoked if the terms are violated. Unauthorized use of the design may result in legal action.

Digital downloads sold on Nova Nocturne Art's webshop are non-refundable due to their nature as instant-access products. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
