TERMS OF SUPPORT
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By making Contributions, Donations, or Subscriptions to Nova Nocturne Art ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), an entity (“you”) agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Support.
CONTRIBUTIONS, DONATIONS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
All contributions, donations, and subscriptions made to Nova Nocturne Art are considered personal gifts and will not receive compensation unless expressly stated otherwise. While we appreciate your support, it is important to note that any form of compensation other than a "thank you" is not guaranteed.
DONATIONS VS COMMISSIONS
Please be aware that the platforms used for contributions, donations, and subscriptions are NOT intended for paying for commissions. Commissions must be paid for via invoice to comply with legal and tax regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
CROWDFUNDING AND PROJECTS
Contributions, donations, and subscriptions are not meant to crowdfund business ventures, projects, or initiatives. They serve as a way to show support for Nova Nocturne Art. If you are interested in supporting specific business ventures, projects, or initiatives, please refer to the appropriate crowdfunding campaigns or channels associated with those projects.
ERRORS AND REFUNDS
In the event that a charge was made in error, please contact Nova Nocturne within 24 hours of submitting your contribution, donation, or subscription charge to have the issue addressed promptly. Any notifications received after the 24-hour window will be treated as intentional.
NON-REFUNDABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
Please note that all donations and contributions made to Nova Nocturne are non-refundable. We greatly appreciate your generosity and support, and your contributions will be used to further our mission and goals.
